For building works that require planning permission or building regulations approval, we can guide you through the process and liaise with the local authority on your behalf. Many smaller projects don't require permission, but we'll advise you either way.
Yes, we carry full public liability insurance and all work is guaranteed. We're happy to provide proof of insurance upon request.
For smaller jobs, payment is due on completion. For larger projects, we typically require a deposit to cover materials, with the balance due on completion. We accept bank transfer, cash, and card payments.
We understand that having work done in your home can be disruptive. We're flexible with start times and can work around your commitments where possible. We always aim to minimise disruption and leave your property clean and tidy.
Yes. If any issues arise after project completion, we'll come back and put them right. We also provide care advice for timber products and are always happy to answer questions about maintenance.
